Iris is passionate about art and art journaling for self-expression and self-discovery. Her art style is raw and colorful and in it, she seeks to express her feelings. Her hope is that others will see, share and feel understood in the emotions that she expresses in her paintings.
Online she loves to share her art, her outlook, and her creative life through pictures, writing & videos. She certainly doesn’t have it all together, she's just figuring things out and sharing the process as she does and hoping she can inspire those on a similar journey along the way!

Joyce van der Lely

Joyce van der Lely is an Empowerment Guide + Dream Creator for multi-passionate Changemakers and Magical Misfits.
She helps multi-passionate changemakers and Magical Misfits to make their mark + achieve more of their dreams and desires.
Born in the Netherlands Joyce moved to the opposite side of the globe, to New Zealand, and has been living there since 1995. She had a really big awakening moment after losing almost all in the 2010/2011 earthquakes in Christchurch. It transformed her life and how she chose to work from then on. She knows first hand how to go from Chaos to Calm and how to rise back up like the mythical Phoenix. She uses her personal magic + medicine every single day so she can follow her dreams.
Joyce also has a thing for Angels and Wings ('cause wings can make you FLY and she dreamt of flying ever since she was a little girl.
She's also a mum to two highly creative teenagers and her soul mate is always in the wings or backstage supporting her wild wanderings.
Some fun facts: Joyce loves stories, liquorice and avocados. Spicy food, blue cheese and black coffee (not necessarily in that order)

Ildy Karsay

Ildikó Karsay, from Hungary, Budapest is a Mother of 3 children.
Loving creativity comes from her childhood, she was curious and tried everything she met.
Ildy feels at home in acryl, watercolour, silk, batik and oil too. She loves to explore new mediums and materials.
Ildy knows that art heals and she teaches that the road is important not the result. She gets inspiration nowadays from nature.

Jules Ostara

Julia Ostara, aka Jules, is an artist, author, explorer, farm girl, imperfectionist, mystic, mountain momma, playful painter, reverent, sweet spirit, and thrivivalist. Jules is the author of The Girl Who Dances With Delight. She also created the Heart of Life and Soul Songs inspirational oracle card decks. She found that making art helped to heal a broken heart after her mom lost her body to ovarian cancer in 2010. Her hope is to make something beautiful from the broken and carry on a legacy of love.
When a consulting company she was working for went bankrupt, Jules chose to leave the profession. Her salary plummeted, yet her heart opened when she took a position at a Montessori school. She did that until giving birth to twin boys 3 months before their due date! Her world changed in an instant to revolve around the NICU schedule and hoping her babies would survive. Thankfully, they are thriving teen boys now and having kids gave her an excuse to play with art supplies again. She’s been painting a more colorful life ever since and loves to encourage others to explore the medicine and magic of their own creativity!

Megan Wagner

Megan Wagner creates watercolor, acrylic, and mixed media pieces of art and helps people discover their own natural creativity.
She used to suffer from stress and anxiety during her time working in a toxic corporate environment until she took on the challenge of learning how to paint with watercolors. The beauty of painting helped her take back control over her mental health, which is something that has always been important for her because it's what drives her creativity as an artist.
Nowadays, she teaches others how they can tap into their own natural creativity and alleviate stress or anxiety through art-based activities like painting or drawing so they can be more empowered in their work and personal life.

Sue Young

Sue is a mixed media artist based in beautiful Cornwall, UK (deep in Poldark country for those of you who watch the show!) She trained in both Fashion/Textiles and Fine Art and I has had a long and varied career, including work as a glass engraver and also designing and making headdresses and accessories for a small bridal house. She has been running face-to-face workshops and sharing art skills and practices for many years now, has organized a number of successful joint exhibitions and delighted in bringing creative inspiration to all! As a proud single mum of two amazing daughters, she can't pretend it wasn't a struggle at times, and although she never stopped learning and creating she also worked a LOT of hard, rubbish jobs on the side to get to where she wanted to be and keep a roof over their heads! She still works long hours, but she now works out of her studio in the back of her own little gallery/gift shop and offers online lessons and courses sharing her skills and experience with others at all stages of their creative paths. It brings her so much joy to share and encourage creativity in others and she believes it is vital to us as humans to be able to express ourselves.

Tamara Sagathevan

Tamara is a South African artist, living in Poland. In the journey towards her Inner Parts, Art is her ever-faithful Guide. She uses art to unearth her hidden self, sit with it/them/feelings; understand their shapes, purposes, and truest intentions. This process isn’t always easy, or forthcoming, but she has yet to feel it isn’t worth it. Tamara's style is weird and whimsical, and she uses mixed media. Her favorite things to do, are to use unusual characters or moving mechanisms to tell her stories through her art.

Christina Miles

Christina has been dabbling in the art field since she was quite young. Her first love has always been photography and will always be her first love. Married to the same awesome sailor (hence, her being the mermaid) since 1982! They have 2 wonderful young men, both living their own adventures. Christina learned a lot of stuff from her dad, mainly that no matter if something was broke..they always figured a way to fix it. She was like a second son. Always in the garage working on the jeep. She even learned how to paint it, twice! She did some pinstriping and painted the logo on it. It was a racing jeep but was also street legal (she thinks). She painted her first car mostly by herself and it was super fun! Guess you can say she got a taste for making a huge mess when she was young!
Today, she considers herself a mixed media artist. She strongly believes we can have more than one love of the arts. Christina's style is forever changing, but for the best, she thinks.

Deanna Jinjoe

Deanna is a mixed media artist living in beautiful British Columbia, Canada. A few years ago she was dealing with some serious, chronic health issues. She was having migraines almost daily and intense back pain that made life very difficult. Her doctor’s solution was to prescribe Tylenol 3’s by the hundreds. She was driven by this pain to seek a solution other than her doctor’s. One of the solutions turned out to be art.
Deanna started playing and dabbling, taking a few online courses and what she quickly realized is that no matter how much physical pain she woke up with, she didn’t feel any pain once she sat down at her easel. Now, a few years later, pain is no longer a significant part of her life. It was the release from the pain while she played with her art that gave her hope that she could move beyond that pain. Deanna has heard so many stories about how people have used art for healing and changed lives that she is moved to get this message out to anyone who will care to listen.
Deanna's mission is to help people understand how a creative practice can change their lives and that ANYONE can create. You don’t have to be a Picasso to create work that is meaningful and beautiful to YOU. It is about the process and what the process gives you more so than the finished product.

Christa Forrest

Christa is a full-time artist specializing in pastel, oil, acrylic and mixed media art. After spending 20 years in a finance career, she decided to follow her true passion and become a full-time artist. Christa spends her time sharing her passion with others, teaching others to be creative and exploring the world's landscape recreating it onto canvas. Her work is a mixture of realism, exploration, experimentation and pure fun.
She recently began creating a detailed and expressive Goddess series where she incorporates the divine feminine and illustrates the strength many women struggle to connect with in their daily lives. “We remember to nourish our bodies with food and water but seem to forget to remember to nourish our souls.” Why do we find our inner selves starving and yearning for something more? Christa hopes to encourage everyone to unleash their inner Goddess through her artwork. A current project is in the works to help others unleash their creative soul through art, music and creative expression. Helping creatives learn to nourish the soul, Creative Souls Art will explore creating from within and intuitively without the pressure of perfection and judgement.
