Not Reaching Your Goals?

When the  New Year rolls around we start to make goals or resolutions that we absolutely have every intention of following through with. Maybe it’s to go to the gym more, or maybe to lose 10 lbs or save for a house. But, by the end of January, it has all fallen away. We forget, or worse blame ourselves for having no willpower or we think we are a failure.

But, it’s not you. It’s human nature to go back to what is comfortable unless we keep our goals front of mind. Which you can.

Last night we had a nice dinner with friends and this morning I got up and wrote out my goals for this year. I don’t really set any resolutions, but I now have a list of goals to work towards throughout the year. And most of them will be great for you. Lots of new classes and plans for the business were at the top of my list.
