Katie is a multi-disciplinary artist who utilizes her voice to inspire change and transformation in people who want to make an impact on the world. She loves having deep human conversations using our voices to inspire connection, compassion, understanding, empathy, and whole-hearted wellness. She feels we all need to learn to give ourselves the grace and space to heal from trauma, breathe through the tough stuff, and create meaningful lives and love. This is exactly who she is and what she lives for. Katie is also a mental health advocate standing for ethics, morals, and values. She wrote a poetry book on love that focuses on all the beautiful elements of life untainted by trauma and mental health.
